What the website collects.

When you join the beta list, voicescribepro.com stores the email address you submit, the use case you select, basic referrer information, and limited technical data needed to prevent abuse and operate the waitlist.

The website uses Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits, guide interest, and launch performance. Analytics is used for product and marketing measurement, not for selling personal information.

App data

Private dictation by design.

Voice Scribe Pro is designed as a local-first dictation workflow where supported by the selected device, operating system, and speech engine. Personal vocabulary, snippets, settings, and recent transcript workflow data are intended to stay on the user's device unless a feature clearly requires a network service.

Some features, licensing, activation, software updates, support requests, or optional cleanup features may use online services. Those services are limited to what is needed to deliver the requested feature.

No meeting bot posture

Voice Scribe Pro is for personal dictation into your own apps, not silently recording everyone in a room.

Sensitive work

Voice Scribe Pro is for client notes, patient context, business plans, and private drafts.
